8月28日移民局对换发枫叶卡所需文件做出了两大调整，以下就是调整两大的内容：
 

    1、税单

    原来移民局对提供税单的规定是 

    A copy of one of the following your Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency for two (2) years within the past five (5) years
    现在更改为 ：

    A copy of one of the following  Other Income Tax assessments issued by Canada Revenue Agency within the past five (5) years

    也就是以前只要提供换卡申请前两年的税单就可以，现在改为必须提供五年的税单。从申请换卡之日往前推五年，你报了几年税，就提供几年的税单。如果那年没有报税，你只要向移民局做出说明就可以了。(不是必须提供五年的，如果你没有连续报了五年税的话) 

    加拿大移民局对换发枫叶卡的申请要求越来越严格，请2012年8月28日之后申请换发枫叶卡的客人务必确保在申请换发枫叶卡时提交所有符合要求的材料。
 

    2.护照
    原来移民局对于前五年的护照复印件的规定是 

    All pages of all passports you held in the past five (5) years 

    现在更改为 ：

    Photocopies of all pages of all passports you held in the past five (5) years (if your stamps are not in English or French, please  have them translated, see section on Translation of documents)Translation of documents Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by 

    · the English or French translation 

    · a certified copy of the document; 

    · a translator's declaration 

    The declaration must include the translator's name, the original language of the translated document and a statement signed by the translator that the translation is accurate. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit。 

    Important information. Translations by family members are not acceptable 

    《文件的翻译》：

    任何非英语或法语的文件必须要附带

    · 英语或法语的翻译件；

    · 经核证的文件复印件；

    · 译者的宣誓。

    宣誓必须包含译者姓名、被翻译文件的原语言以及一份由译者签字、说明翻译准确性的陈述。经认证的在加拿大的某个省级或地方级组织工作、并较有声望的笔译或口译员无需提供宣誓书。

    现在五年间护照上所有不是英法文的出入境章必须让有牌照的翻译翻译成英文，并附上“certified copy”才行，如果让别人翻译，还必须附上翻译人签署的声明书(有牌照翻译不用附上声明书)，家庭成员的翻译不被接受。
